Camera not detected

Hello trying to add camera which supports h.265 and via port forwarding camera is not detected. Here are the mfr’s recommendations on rtsp url:

Rtsp://<ip_address>:554/user=admin&password=&channel=1&stream=0.sdp?

Any suggestions?
