VLC test is very smooth. AngelCam is choppy. Help

I’m following the instructions here: How to test a port-forwarded stream | Angelcam Help Center

The play on VLC is smooth and easy but when I got to my.angelcam the play is very choppy and sporadic. How can I fix this?
