Editing subscription

I have been getting notices about my CC being declined.

When I go to “Subscriptions” and look for “Edit Subscription” its not there.

Can anyone explain what to do?

That is a great question! I can see that your subscription expired on May 19, 2020, is it correct? In this case the process the process is the same as buying a new subscription:

  1. Click on the cloud recording button at the camera list
  2. Click on “manage recording service”
  3. Pick the retention period and follow the payment process where you can put your new credit card
