Impossible connection

I’m not able to connect my 4 angel camera two. The electrician who installed those camera throw all the documents and boxes and I have no possibility to find the camera username and camera password.
I have no answer from Angel Cam, someone could help me with some tips to be able to connect my cameras ?

A few suggestions:

  1. Here’s the AngelCam camera setup documentation.
  2. Have you installed the AngelCam app on your phone?
  3. Did your electrician set up the AngelCam app on your phone to show you the cameras are working or just plug them in and walk away?
  4. Confirm that the PoE switch is showing a light on each port connected to a camera indicating that a device is connected.
  5. Follow the setup instructions using the AngelCam app.
  6. If that doesn’t work, try the support chat on the Angelcam website. I have found them responsive, but they have not solved some problems without significant effort on my part.
  7. If all this fails, tell us about your network environment and how it is managed so we can offer further suggestions.
