I am using the Angelbix ID from the bottom of the device bjt it is not being accepted

My Angekbox ID: BuRsdxT7wi is not being accepted. I’m trying to set up my cameras. My account is set up and I am able to connect up the screen that prompts me to enter the AngelBox ID; but when I click the SUBMIT button, it is rejected. My computer is a Macbook Pro (late 2019) running macOS *Catalina).
Can someone please help me?
