Connecting your device(s) to Angelcam will require that you first ensure that it’s compatible. We currently require the following for both IP cameras and video recording equipment:
- The device must use RTSP or HTTP streaming protocol.
- The device must also have H.264 or MJPEG encoding selections.
Many devices have multiple streaming protocol and encoding options. Because of this you will need to either review the provided or online-published equipment documentation or browse local configuration menus for the aforementioned settings.
