Do you fully support 4k cameras?

I have a 4k camera and Angelcam connection to it is spotty. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Do you fully support 4k cameras? I have a 1Gb up/down connection and can stream it all day outside of Angelcam with no issues. What could be going on?

Hi Amir,

yes, we do support 4k cameras. Angelcam does not limit resolution in any way.

What is the camera model? Does the camera stream in H.254 or H.265? What’s the current and average camera bitrate?

Hi, it’s an Angelcam camera. It supports H.265, but I have it set to H.264. Bitrate is 8192. Do you guys support H.265?

Even H264 doesn’t work well. I have it set to H264, and sometimes it works, but usually, it doesn’t. It works for a few seconds at a time, and at the moment, it is not working. How can we make it work reliably?
